Picara or Chinese Croton, is in the genus Excoecaria, which is a member of the family Euphorbiaceae. Native to Southeast Asia and China. It is a sub-tropical evergreen shrub with a woody stem, growing up to 1-2 meters high. Many are having a hard time rooting these plants, but actually they are easy to root if the proper conditions are met.
